Diploma in Ayush Nursing and Pharmacy (DAN&P) — वह diploma जो एक साथ दो क्षेत्रों के दरवाज़े खोलता है: Ayurveda Nursing और Ayurveda Pharmacy। और सबसे बड़ी बात — हम इसका मार्गदर्शन सरकारी विश्वविद्यालय के रास्ते से करते हैं, ताकि आपका diploma कल किसी सवाल के घेरे में न आए।
सरकारी रास्ता • Diploma की सीमा साफ
पहले यह देखिए कि DAN&P आपके लिए सही रास्ता है या नहीं
DAN&P उन students के लिए है जो AYUSH और Ayurveda healthcare ecosystem में nursing तथा pharmacy की practical दिशा में आगे बढ़ना चाहते हैं।
- आप AYUSH/Ayurveda क्षेत्र में nursing या pharmacy — या दोनों — में career बनाना चाहते हैं।
- आप 12वीं पास हैं — किसी भी stream से और एक practical, रोजगार-उन्मुख diploma चाहते हैं।
- आप सरकारी Ayurveda/AYUSH hospitals और dispensaries में nursing-related opportunities की दिशा में जाना चाहते हैं।
- आप Ayurveda के बढ़ते क्षेत्र — panchakarma centres, Ayurveda pharmacies और wellness units — में जगह बनाना चाहते हैं।
- आप चाहते हैं कि diploma सरकारी व्यवस्था से आए — केवल market में बिकने वाले किसी online certificate से नहीं।
यह course किसके लिए नहीं है?
- जो सोचते हैं कि DAN&P करके वे Ayurveda doctor या BAMS के समकक्ष बन जाएँगे। DAN&P nursing और pharmacy का diploma है, चिकित्सक की degree नहीं।
- जो "3 महीने में diploma" जैसे shortcuts ढूँढ रहे हैं।

आधुनिक दृष्टि से शरीर की basic structure और functions की समझ।
Nursing की कला

स्नेहन, स्वेदन तथा संबंधित procedures में supervised assistance की बुनियादी समझ।
Dravyaguna

Bhaishajya Kalpana
चूर्ण, वटी, आसव-अरिष्ट, तेल और घृत जैसी Ayurvedic preparations की basic understanding।

सरकारी नौकरी की कोई guarantee नहीं दी जाती।
सरकारी recruitment rules, eligibility और vacancies के अनुसार
होती है। इसी तरह pharmacy/medical-store related activities
पर applicable licensing और regulatory requirements लागू हो सकती हैं।

Internet पर आपको Ayurveda Nursing & Pharmacy के नाम पर बहुत से short-term certificates मिल सकते हैं। किसी भी admission से पहले यह समझना जरूरी है कि course किस संस्था से है, उसकी अवधि क्या है और उसकी actual recognition/eligibility क्या है।
सरकारी रास्ता बनाम बाज़ारू "Diploma"
सिर्फ certificate देखकर admission का फैसला न करें।

🚩 Red Flag:
अगर कोई संस्था बहुत कम समय में,
बिना उचित academic process के,
सरकारी नौकरी की guarantee या किसी professional
title का दावा करके diploma बेच रही है,
तो payment करने से पहले उसकी official recognition,
admission route और documentation independently verify करें।
DAN&P के बाद अपनी भूमिका की सीमा समझिए
DAN&P nursing और pharmacy oriented diploma है। इसे BAMS या किसी physician degree के बराबर समझना सही नहीं है।
Training के अनुरूप roles
Nursing support, patient care, pharmacy support, Ayurvedic facility operations और संबंधित roles — employer तथा applicable rules के अनुसार।
Doctor की degree नहीं
DAN&P BAMS या किसी अन्य physician degree के बराबर नहीं है और इससे अपने-आप doctor के रूप में practice करने का अधिकार नहीं मिलता।

अक्सर पूछे जाने वाले सवाल
क्या DAN&P के लिए Science stream ज़रूरी है?
Customer brief के अनुसार 12वीं किसी भी stream से
eligibility बताई गई है। Admission से पहले current
official eligibility और subject requirements
HCTM team से confirm करें।
क्या DAN&P करके मैं Ayurveda doctor बन जाऊँगा?
नहीं। DAN&P nursing और pharmacy का diploma है।
यह BAMS (Ayurveda physician degree) नहीं है और
इससे अपने-आप physician के रूप में practice करने
का अधिकार नहीं मिलता।
कौन-सी university से diploma मिलेगा?
Government route के अंतर्गत सरकारी विश्वविद्यालय
से course होने की जानकारी admission process के अनुसार
दी जाती है। University, admission process और current
dates की पूरी जानकारी WhatsApp पर व्यक्तिगत बातचीत में
साझा की जाएगी।
Course की अवधि कितनी है?
Course duration और internship structure को official
documentation से confirm किया जा रहा है।
Current duration और admission details के लिए

क्या इसके बाद सरकारी नौकरी मिल जाएगी?
सरकारी नौकरी की guarantee नहीं दी जाती।
Government recruitment संबंधित rules, eligibility
और vacancies के अनुसार होती है। DAN&P संबंधित
nursing/AYUSH roles के लिए eligibility की दिशा में
academic आधार दे सकता है, जहाँ applicable rules उसे
स्वीकार करते हों।
Online में सस्ते DANP diploma मिल रहे हैं — क्या फर्क है?
हर certificate को उसकी issuing institution,
academic duration, examination, practical training
और official recognition/eligibility के आधार पर verify
करना चाहिए। सिर्फ कम fee या जल्दी certificate मिलने
के कारण उसे सरकारी qualification न मानें।
